Privacy notice
This notice applies only to the public Drillium launch waitlist. It does not describe the separate controls used for private engineering workspaces.
What we collect
Your email address, the version and time of your consent, and a fixed source label identifying the Drillium landing page. We do not request your name, employer, phone number, payment information or engineering data.
Why we collect it
Petromium uses this information only to send Drillium development milestones, launch information and early-access invitations. Joining the waitlist does not create a Drillium account or begin a trial.
Storage and providers
The waitlist is stored in Drillium's controlled database. When launch email delivery is activated, an approved email-delivery provider may process the address only to deliver those messages. Petromium does not sell waitlist information.
Privacy-balanced product analytics
With your consent, Petromium records page and module views, coarse device and regional information, performance measurements, and non-sensitive feature events. Visitor keys are pseudonymous and Drillium account keys are one-way hashes. We never collect well names, coordinates, engineering inputs or results, documents, equipment data, organization names, or email addresses in analytics. Raw IP addresses are not retained, and you may decline analytics without losing access.
Retention and your choices
Records are retained until twelve months after general availability unless you unsubscribe or ask for deletion sooner. Every marketing message will provide an unsubscribe path when email delivery begins.
